1. General Refund Policy
At Open Desk, we strive to provide exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined in this policy. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified timeframes.
2. Desk Rental Refunds
For desk rental services:
- Cancellation 24+ hours in advance: Full refund
- Cancellation 12-24 hours in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 12 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund
3. Meeting Room Refunds
For meeting room bookings:
- Cancellation 48+ hours in advance: Full refund
- Cancellation 24-48 hours in advance: 75% refund
- Cancellation 12-24 hours in advance: 25% refund
- Cancellation less than 12 hours: No refund
4. Monthly Membership Refunds
For monthly membership plans:
- Refunds are prorated based on unused days in the billing cycle
- Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
- Setup fees and administrative charges are non-refundable
- Minimum usage requirements may apply
5. Service Interruption Refunds
If our services are interrupted due to technical issues or facility problems:
- Full refund for unused time if interruption exceeds 2 hours
- Partial refund or service credit for shorter interruptions
- Alternative workspace arrangements when possible
- No refund for interruptions due to force majeure events
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a refund request via email to refunds@opendesk.com
- Include your booking reference number and reason for refund
- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Setup fees and administrative charges
- Third-party services and add-ons
- Services already consumed or used
- Promotional or discounted bookings (unless otherwise stated)
- Damages or additional cleaning fees
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by our customer service manager
- Provide additional documentation or evidence
- Escalate to our executive team if necessary
- Seek mediation through appropriate channels
